Mark Radulescu
B.A. (Hons), J.D.
Mark was born in Ottawa, Ontario and as a child moved with his family to Cambridge, where he was raised. Mark attended St. Benedict’s Catholic Secondary School before obtaining a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Guelph. At Guelph, he majored in economics with a history minor and graduated with Honours. Mark attended the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto, where he received the degree of Juris Doctor in 2009. While in law school, Mark gained experience volunteering at the University’s legal clinic, Downtown Legal Services, and the University’s legal journal, the Faculty of Law Review.
Mark summered at Giesbrecht, Griffin, Funk & Irvine in 2008, following his second year of law school. After completing his articles with the firm, Mark received his Call to the Bar in June, 2010 and was pleased to return to Giesbrecht, Griffin, Funk & Irvine as an associate lawyer. Mark now practises primarily in the area of civil litigation and corporate/commercial law, while also practising in real estate, wills and powers of attorney, and estate administration.
Mark is a member of the Waterloo Law Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
In his free time, Mark enjoys travelling, reading and playing soccer. Mark currently resides in Kitchener.
