Nolan graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2014. Nolan then attended the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy where he received a dual Juris Doctor degree. While completing his law degrees, Nolan participated in and helped coach students for various moot court events. Upon graduating in 2018, he then articled and practised with a full-service law firm in the Kitchener-Waterloo Region.
Nolan joined GGFI in 2023 as a member of the litigation group. He assists clients in issues ranging from employment law to contract disputes, always with an eye towards resolving matters expeditiously and efficiently.
Nolan has court room experience at both the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Divisional Court. He has also attended in front of the Ontario Land Tribunal (then called the Local Planning Appeals Tribunal), the Landlord Tenant Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
In his spare time, Nolan enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family, and is an avid fan of reading and good cinema.
