Professional Focus

Joseph was born and raised in Waterloo Region and joined GGFI Law as an Associate Lawyer after working with the GGFI team as a summer student and an articling student. Joseph practices primarily in the areas of Coporate-Commercial law as well as Real Estate, Wills, Trusts, and Estates.

Joseph received a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University and majored in Entrepreneurship before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. Joseph was always drawn to corporate law and the support of business owners due to his family's history and participation in small business.

Joseph prides himself on, not only assisting business owners through effective legal advising but, also by utilizing his background in business to help understand the needs of all business owners, whether they are start-ups or later stage corporations.
