Sophia is a corporate, business, and real estate lawyer at GGFI Law. Her practice encompasses residential and commercial real estate transactions and a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including business formations and incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, contract drafting and review, and general business advisory services. Sophia works with clients at all stages of the business lifecycle, from start-ups to established businesses, delivering practical, solutions-focused advice tailored to each client’s goals.
Sophia earned her LL.B. from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2020. Before attending law school, she completed her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Political Science and Philosophy at McMaster University.
Outside of work, Sophia enjoys staying active, taking her dog on long walks, playing golf (results may vary), and exploring new cities and restaurants with her husband, always on the lookout for local favourites.
